Tell us about your favorite thing about coaching
for the Ravens. What's your favorite part?
My favorite part about coaching is teaching the fundamentals
of football to get the kids ready for the next level. With the
help of a great coaching staff, I can achieve this. My
coaching staff consists of David Battle, Steve Nixon, Jim
